Application

Applications are now being accepted by the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Transit Village designation will be granted to a municipality once it has completed the Transit Village Application (doc 324kb) and has demonstrated that it has met all the criteria listed in the Transit Village Criteria and Scoring Guide (pdf 44kb).

It is important to note that there is no deadline for submission. Submissions can be made at any time during the year.
