Right of Way (ROW) Plan Requests
ROW plans for projects that are still in Planning, Design and Right of Way Acquisition stages are subject to revision as projects progress and therefore they are not distributed to the general public. They are however, available for viewing at Public Information Centers, meetings with local public officials and various other meetings during planning and design. To order ROW plans for completed projects, and for new projects after they have been awarded, you should download
and complete a Plan

As-Built and New Project Plan Requests
As-built plans document transportation infrastructure for completed projects. New project plans are documents used for projects prior to actual construction, and, if there are no modifications, become the basis for as-built plans. If, during construction, a project must be changed, the as-built plans will reflect the project modification. To order as-built plans for completed projects,
and for new projects after they have been awarded, you should download
and complete a Plan
